Order Info & Updates

Customer will receive an order confirmation once an order has been placed. The confirmation email will contain an Order Number. Please take note of your Order Number, as we will require this to look into any customer service issues you may have. You will also immediately receive a confirmation email, and then subsequent notification emails as soon as your order ships.

Lost, Stolen, Damaged Packages 

If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that you provided at checkout, we are not responsible if that package is lost or stolen after delivery. We understand that having a package taken from your porch is frustrating, however it is the customer's responsibility to know typical delivery times of postal workers in your neighborhood, and make sure someone is home to receive the package.

Please choose the correct shipping method if you have concerns of package theft or loss. Our shipping is provided by USPS, which does not include comprehensive insurance or signature confirmation. Priority mail is insured up to $50. If you want to add additional insurance to your order, please email aajewelry@melivate.com.

If your package is lost in transit (very rare) this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case you may reach out to USPS directly for assistance. If your package was insured, send us an email right away at aajewelry@melivate.com and we can file a claim on your behalf.

If you have not received a shipping notification for your order after 30 days, please reach out to us at aajewelry@melivate.com.

Jewelry Damages

Please contact us right away if your jewelry item is in need of repair. You can email us at aajewelry@gmail.com. We offer FREE jewelry repair up to 1 year after original date of purchase. After a year has passed and we have confirmed we are able to repair the item, there is a 30% repair fee of the original cost of the item. Customer is responsible for shipping product to us. We will cover shipping upon repair.

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of many of our pieces, we cannot guarantee repairs can be made to every piece in our collections.
